• Account Information: Email address for authentication
• Decision Hashes: Cryptographic hashes of your AI decisions (not the actual decision content)
• Usage Data: API request logs (IP address, timestamp, endpoint)

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

By design, we do not collect:

• Business data or decision content (only hashes)
• Personal identifiable information (beyond email)
• User behavior tracking or analytics
• Third-party cookies

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on servers located in [Region]. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS 1.3. We use PostgreSQL for structured data and AWS S3 for object storage.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Blockchain anchors are immutable by design and cannot be deleted.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and export your data
• Request data deletion (except immutable blockchain anchors)
• Update account information
